Sundance Espresso started with a simple belief: the best part of your day shouldn't be rushed. We opened our doors on South 1st Street to give our neighbors a place that feels like a deep breath — where the espresso is pulled slowly, the pastries arrive warm, and the regulars actually know your name.
We source our beans from roasters who treat their farmers right, bake in small batches before sunrise, and measure our success by the conversations that happen at our counters. It's not a empire. It's a neighborhood shop that happens to make really good coffee.
